Located in Marco Shores Estates 55+ Community.
The Community offers: Heated swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs and umbrellas, shuffleboard & bocce ball, tennis & pickle ball, yoga, zumba and fitness rm, billiards & library.
Our home is approx 1200 Sq ft of living space, plus the lanai and carport. There is laundry on site, gas grill, 2 bikes, Bluetooth speaker, 50" smart TV, Xfinity cable, WiFi, Netflix access, DVD player, Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. We provide beach and bath towels, 2 sets of qn sheets for each room. 2 beach chairs, 1 large cooler and 1 small cooler.
We are located approx. 12 miles from Naples beach and 10 miles from Marco Island Beach. There is shopping, restaurants and golf near by.
Rental is monthly $1800-$2500. Background checks required. Cost is $60 per US resident and $80 per Canadian resident. No pets or motorcycles allowed. This is a non-smoking home. There is a $250 non-refundable deposit upon reservation, and a $150 exit cleaning fee.
